Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness
  • Retrieving, sorting, and organizing documents for data entry
  • Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity at all times
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Assisting with generating basic reports as required
  • Communicating with team members or supervisors regarding errors or inconsistencies
  • Meeting daily or weekly data entry quotas and project deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
  • Proven data entry experience or similar clerical role is a plus
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM recommended)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Familiarity with data management software or CRM platforms is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
