Position Overview

As a Part-Time Remote Admin and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining excellent communication with our customers and coordinating with our Amish team. This role will involve both administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, requiring a strong organizational skillset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Data Entry:

+ Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis. + Handle applications and submit necessary forms. + Maintain calendars and schedule appointments. + Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork. + Organize and manage our Google Drive.

Customer Service:

+ Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries. + Coordinate with our Amish team for seamless operations. + Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares.

Qualifications

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in administration and customer service.
  • Proficient in Google Drive and other office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
