Responsibilities
As an Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage in a safe and efficient manner
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and ensure on-time departures and arrivals
- Operating company vehicles to transport bags to their destinations
- Working in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
- Participating in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license or passport
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
