As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to lead day-to-day customer service initiatives and inspire our associates to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Modeling blithequark's core values and philosophy, and ensuring that our receiving team is executing strategies that align with our company's vision
  • Driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers
  • Maintaining a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions
  • Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence
  • Interacting with customers to create a positive shopping experience, proactively solving problems professionally and efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to:

  • Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease
