In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you will also be responsible for shuttling customers, preparing vehicles for customer pick-up, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their rental needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements
• Actively offer products and services to maximize revenue opportunities and overcome customer objections
• Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service and sales support, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Shuttle customers to and from our locations, providing a safe and comfortable transportation experience
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as operating computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications
