Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week). As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing accurate information, advising on our products, and managing customer inquiries through various communication channels. You will work in our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from home on Fridays, providing our customers with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email

  • Capture information through the customer SAP database, delivering a high level of customer service while promoting blithequark's brand
  • Provide accurate information to customers, advising on our products and services
  • Manage product replacements, refunds, and orders
  • Encourage upgrades to our latest products
  • Provide relief reception cover as and when required
  • Work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, thriving in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

Essential Qualifications

* Prior experience within a customer service environment from an FMCG industry

  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate with a flair for influencing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable Qualifications

* Knowledge of SAP (training will be provided)

  • Experience working in a part-time or flexible schedule
