Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Analyst at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring accurate issue resolution
- Assisting clients with technical problems such as login issues, system errors, and configuration questions
- Documenting all support interactions thoroughly in the support system
- Following up with customers regularly to keep them informed of case status
- Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 teams and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Identifying recurring issues and reporting patterns for further investigation
- Adhering to support procedures and suggesting process improvements
- Complying with information security policies and reporting security incidents
- Proactively suggesting improvements and new ideas
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Support Analyst at blithequark, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Experience in customer service or help desk roles, preferably in software/tech environments
