Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our Amazon Store website and social media accounts
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer concerns and addressing issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing personalized support to customers, including product information, order status, and returns
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35 per hour

Skills and Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
