Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our clients' businesses, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via live chat on websites and social media platforms. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate support to customers via live chat on websites and social media platforms

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on client offerings and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and mobile devices
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and other online marketplaces
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
