Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional in our Commercial & Merchant Servicing department, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent levels of service to blithequark's UK merchants, responding to phone calls and cases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
  • Managing a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals, ensuring that you meet departmental quality standards
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of day-to-day workloads, using your multi-tasking skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide support and resolve issues, using your communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think creatively and find effective solutions to complex issues
  • Computer literacy to an intermediate level, with experience using software applications and systems
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a workflow effectively
  • A flexible approach to daily tasks, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a commitment to providing high-quality service and support

Preferred Qualifications
