Key Responsibilities

As a Work-from-Home Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, and general inquiries
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Making flight reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Assisting customers with booking accommodations and car rentals, as well as providing information on travel-related services
• Keeping up-to-date with blithequark policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
