Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be responsible for contributing to the complete operations of your assigned store. This will include:

  • Assisting Customers: Providing exceptional quality service to our customers, answering their questions, and helping them find the products they need.
  • Maintaining a Well-Organized Sales Floor: Ensuring that our sales floor is well-organized, clean, and free of clutter, and that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Operating the Cash Register: Processing all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and handling customer payments and returns.
  • Safeguarding Monetary Assets: Safeguarding all monetary assets and maintaining the security of corporate resources.
  • Assisting with Merchandising: Assisting with the merchandising of our products, including setting up displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Supporting Cash Register Operations: Supporting the cash register operations, including handling customer transactions, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Conducting Work Activities with a Focus on Safety: Conducting all work activities with a focus on safety, conforming to and upholding all operational policies and guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful as a Customer Team Member, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Mathematical Calculations: The ability to perform mathematical calculations proficiently is crucial for the precise management of cash in accounting operations.
  • Spoken Communication: Strengthening spoken communication abilities to facilitate effective customer interactions.
  • Honesty and Integrity: Adhering to a strict code of honesty and integrity, particularly in situations requiring the management of cash transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
