Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Representative – Customer Service & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with online visitors through our website chat platform, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries
  • Providing information about our products, promotions, and services, as well as assisting customers in navigating our website and online shopping process
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Tracking and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, both written and verbal

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
