Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers, using best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships.

  • Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics, ensuring that all interactions are consistent and effective.
  • Document all customer interactions, using our customer management software to track and resolve issues.
  • Attend regular trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our customers.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure that our customer service standards are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
