Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Part-Time Customer Service Associate (Healthcare), your day-to-day responsibilities will include: ### Patient & Member Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails from patients and healthcare members with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about healthcare benefits, coverage, billing, and claims.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, verifying eligibility, and accessing services.
  • Handle inquiries with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

### Healthcare Service Coordination

  • Collaborate with providers and insurance representatives to resolve claims, billing, and prior authorization issues.
  • Assist members with locating in-network providers and services.

  • Investigate and resolve member complaints or issues quickly and effectively.

### Data Entry & Documentation

  • Enter and update customer information into healthcare systems with accuracy.

Requirements
