Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
