Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Contract Admin Analyst/Pricing Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis (4 hours per day). As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for:
- Contract administration: managing customer and vendor contracts, pricing, rebates, billing, and chargebacks
- Pricing analysis: developing and negotiating contracts, managing pricing life cycles, and providing analytical support
- Vendor management: processing vendor invoices and developing relationships with key vendors
- Reporting and analytics: running basic reports on network health and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Collaboration: working closely with sales teams, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Address all pricing and GPO tiering customer requests, create contract summaries, and route through Apttus for new or renewing contracts
- Submit SalesForce.com cases for analytic requests and assist sales teams in navigating needs and requests
- Assist in RFP responses and cross-references
- Manage local contract pricing life cycle (creation, maintenance, and expiration) for assigned territory
- Participate in the development of business strategies and pricing guidelines as requested
- Assist sales in completing Additional Value Request (AVR) forms for presentation and approval by management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting)
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, pricing analysis, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing contracts, pricing, and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with contract management software and systems (e.g., Apttus, Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting)
- Certification in contract administration, pricing analysis, or a related field (e.g., CCA, CPM)
- Experience working in the medical devices industry or a related field
- Familiarity with contract management software and systems (e.g., Apttus, Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and contract negotiation techniques
