As a Coordinator, Cargo Gateway Customer Service, you'll be an integral part of our International & Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring acceptance, planning, and accommodation of all blithequark Cargo products to ensure compliance
- Identifying and communicating potential operational issues to other work groups and assisting with resolution
- Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with special projects from HQ and local management team
- Providing superior quality customer service with maximum emphasis on problem resolution
What You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or GED Equivalency
- 1 year of experience in Cargo Terminal Operations, Cargo Sales, or Cargo Reservations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
- Familiarity with blithequark Cargo products and the cargo industry is highly desired
- Knowledge of SABRE FRT system
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
