Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our customers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on orders, account management, and other blithequark services. This is a part-time, work-from-home position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance on orders, account management, and other blithequark services
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Ability to work 30-39 hours per week, with additional or fewer hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and software applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate remote work tools and technologies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
