About the Role
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing live chat messages on our business websites and social media accounts. You'll be the voice of blithequark, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, offering product or sales links, and promoting special offers or discounts directly through chat. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also providing a positive and engaging experience that keeps our customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* A laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
* Basic English writing skills to perform tasks effectively
