What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and phone calls
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge technology and industry trends
  • Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex technical issues

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

To excel as a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will need:

  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level) language proficiency
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech-related industry
  • Experience with live chats and emails, as well as a strong analytical and research skillset
  • A genuine interest in crypto or stock exchange, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have:

* Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk

  • Experience in crypto/finance, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, including ticketing systems and chatbots
