Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Support, you will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy and consistency across various systems. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and verifying entries for completeness and accuracy
  • Resolving data discrepancies and tracking down missing information
  • Backing up completed work and generating summary reports as needed

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
  • Fast, accurate typing skills (40+ WPM required)
  • Experience in remote entry-level jobs (i.e., administrative support roles) and/or digital databases (not required but a plus)
  • Willingness to learn basic data analysis skills, such as SQL querying
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles (remote or on-site)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
