Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding their account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers
  • Providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including voice and digital
  • Participating in training to develop skills necessary for engaging with customers effectively
  • Supporting customers in understanding their 401K plans and related services
  • Engaging in team activities and well-being support during work hours

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about blithequark's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication
  • Listening and compassion skills to support the challenges of diverse customers
  • Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in various work environments
  • Self-motivation and strong social skills to bring energy and passion to the team
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test
