Your Role at blithequark

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and providing exceptional service to resolve their inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
• Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues, and escalating interactions when necessary
• Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
• Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement
• Upselling and promoting our services to customers

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

• 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues
• Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

• A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
• An internet service provider (ISP) with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• A clean and quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
• Proof of internet speed required
