Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness, organizing and maintaining digital records and documentation, and collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity. You'll also be expected to meet deadlines for data entry tasks and projects, and to work independently and follow instructions.

What It's Like Working at blithequark
At blithequark, we're committed to creating a safe and inclusive work environment for all our employees. Our warehouse teams work together to get orders ready for customers, and we take pride in our fast-paced and physical roles. Some of your duties may include:
* Receiving and putting away inventory
* Getting customer orders ready and packing them up
* Loading boxes into trucks for shipment
* Using scanners to read bar codes on products
* Viewing prompts on screens and following the direction for some tasks
* Troubleshooting problems
* Ensuring product meets quality requirements
* Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and working at heights up to 35 feet. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
You'll also need to be able to:
* Lift up to 49 pounds
* Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
* Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
* Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
Work Environment
Our warehouse teams work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, surrounded by moving machines and equipment. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs. We provide protective gear and hearing protection to ensure your safety, and all teams share safety tips daily.
