Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, procedures, and communication strategies
  • Representing blithequark in IDI & Focus Group Waiting rooms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and proactively confirming member qualification and device functionality prior to interviews
  • Moderating incoming Qualitative Research Responses based on Commercial team requests and general platform quality support needs
  • Adhering to communication and security procedures, guidelines, and policies, including all known PI procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to measure support performance and identify areas for improvement

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced and changing environment, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Self-starting professional with a positive attitude, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Empathetic communicator with excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to take ownership of customers' needs and make suggestions to enhance processes and customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a flexible or weekend schedule to meet business needs
  • Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Drive, with experience in Salesforce and/or Zendesk a plus
