Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote support team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our services in a friendly and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries

  • Resolve complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries, utilizing critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promoting our services and products in a friendly and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and offerings
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing data to inform customer support strategies and improve overall performance

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate (or equivalent) after completion of a 14-day training program
  • Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing skills
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closure rates

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to take ownership and resolve issues independently
  • Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills, with a willingness to grow and develop professionally
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual capabilities (an asset)
