About the Role

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate our tax return software and products. You'll be the friendly face our customers rely on during tax season, providing top-notch support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing a wide range of questions and concerns related to blithequark's tax return software and products. * Assist customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions. * Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and empathetic solutions to customers. * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy. * Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and concerns to drive innovation and provide top-notch service. * Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Essential Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. * Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution. * Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and high levels of autonomy. * Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field. * Knowledge of tax software and products, with a strong understanding of tax-related concepts and terminology. * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)). * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
