Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with benefit-related questions in a timely and empathetic manner
• Researching and resolving pharmacy or claims concerns, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution
• Documenting interactions accurately in blithequark's systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality
• Educating customers on tools, services, and options available to them, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet performance goals in a virtual setting, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and empathize with customers
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with remote technology, including video conferencing and software applications
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare is preferred, but not required
• Must reside in or near Austin, TX, and be eligible to work in the U.S.
