• What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers, verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment
• Accurately document information and non-contact attempts within the Quality Assurance Database
• Properly explain the application process to potential customers
• Transfer calls to appropriate department as needed

• What is Required (Qualifications):
• Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
• Detail-oriented and ability to accurately document information
• Positive and helpful attitude with customers
• Strong communication skills

• How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Knowledge of life and health insurance applications
