Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Develop and implement effective relationship management strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products and services, making recommendations to clients and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, using blithequark's CRM system and other tools as required

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Fluency in two languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
