As a Lead Product Manager - Marketing Data and Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the information practices of Marketing and owning the relationship for a key and critical business.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to claim the Marketing relationship on behalf of Data Products and Platforms within blithequark's Digital Experiences (DX) division. As a key member of our team, you will establish strong relationships with your stakeholders, analyze their needs, latest trends, and potential partnerships to drive the need. You will investigate product requirements and develop suitable programs to ensure they are met. You will create, implement, and maintain production schedules across multiple drives and initiatives that support Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Product Manager - Marketing Data and Digital Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for Marketing for all matters related to their data needs and staying up-to-date on business or operational approaches to ensure data assets address their requirements.
  • Driving the execution of all processes in the data asset lifecycle, including product and industry research, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and asset launch in support of Marketing.
  • Working to resolve data quality issues that are critical and vital to Marketing across data product managers, source creators, and partners.
  • Translating Marketing strategy into detailed data requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as data creators, analysts, and data architects to align the strategy around data assets.
  • Communicating space updates, releases, and guides to end-users.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior product management experience, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry associated with data.
  • Related experience with managing into business relationships, including measuring effectiveness of partner satisfaction.
  • Ability to generalize business use cases, capture data information/structure concepts, and clearly communicate those.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into requirements.
  • Experience and advocate of agile development methodologies.

Education Requirements

We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A Graduate degree and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
