The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Account Executive at blithequark, you'll have the unique opportunity to work with Customer Experience leaders in C-Suite and VP positions at some of the largest companies in the US. You'll own your book of business, focusing on big strategic deals that will change the trajectory of our company. Your mission will be to identify and articulate how blithequark can unlock significant value for our customers, build relationships with key executives, and evangelize the benefits of our AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Leadership: Own the sales experience while building and managing relationships with key decision-makers and executives at Fortune 1000 companies.

  • Discovery and Demo: Conduct discovery calls, provide product demos, and design product presentations and business cases that meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts, and ensure seamless execution of agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure alignment across functions.
  • Product Representation: Represent our product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Pilot and POC Management: Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Customer and Partner Communication: Communicate and collaborate with customers and partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

### Essential Qualifications

  • SaaS Software Sales Experience: 4+ years of experience in SaaS software sales at an enterprise level, with a proven track record of success.
  • Complex Deal Structuring: Experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes.
  • Articulation of Value: Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executives.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.

### Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hosted Contact Center Applications: Experience with hosted contact center applications would be a distinct advantage.
  • Travel: Ability to travel, as needed, for customer meetings, conferences, and other business events.
