The Mission

As a Remote Customer Service Advocate, you will be a vital part of our healthcare support team, providing exceptional service to individuals and families who rely on our expertise. You will be responsible for navigating the world of primary care doctors, medications, appointments, and benefits, using your knowledge and amazing social skills to find solutions and make a real impact on people's lives.

The Details

* Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs

  • 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST, with opportunities for overtime and professional growth
  • 5-week intensive orientation program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role

Your Arsenal

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field (such as healthcare, social work, or behavioral health) a plus

  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations, customer service, or a related field
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through, with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Training:

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (5 weeks)

Regular Schedule:

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday
