Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat interactions. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling inbound live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate product/service information and resolving customer concerns
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Meeting individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with teammates to improve customer support processes
  • Upholding a positive and professional brand voice in all communications

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues on the first contact 80% of the time
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handle Time (AHT): Handle customer interactions within 5 minutes

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or call center preferred
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using live chat platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software
