Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Executive, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing expert support to our customers through live chat and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate in-depth knowledge of all products to customers, helping them choose the most suitable product and place orders

  • Provide high-level customer service, responding to service inquiries, and following up on customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other functions (Operations, Finance, Product) to resolve ongoing issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and company products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on both live chat and phone
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus skills
  • Fluency in English; bilingual is a plus
  • Hardworking and detail-oriented
  • Young, dynamic, creative mindset, detail-oriented, always curious, and always learning
