As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through assisting with in-store duties and learning the ins and outs of our business. You'll earn an hourly base pay of $16.00, plus the satisfaction of knowing you're making a real difference in our customers' lives.

Our Customer Service Representatives work mostly on weekends and in the evenings, making it an ideal after-school job, second job, summer job, or part-time job for anyone looking to work flexible hours. We value work-life balance and will always try to accommodate your schedule needs.

Opportunities for Growth

In our CSR position, you'll have an excellent opportunity to learn the in-store side of our business and eventually move into management. Blithequark is committed to promoting from within, and many of our General Managers started as drivers or Customer Service Representatives. This is a stepping stone to advancement into our Management Development Program, where you'll have the chance to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers through order taking and in-store duties

• Assist with in-store tasks, such as stocking ingredients and cleaning work surfaces
• Learn the ins and outs of our business, including our menu, products, and services
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Blithequark's health and safety policies

Essential Qualifications:

* Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America

• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under stress in a high-paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Must be able to follow Blithequark's policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
