The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into various systems and databases. You will review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, organize and maintain digital files and records, and perform quality checks on completed work. You will also communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies and meet daily and weekly productivity targets.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Fast and accurate typing skills: Minimum 40 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills: Ability to maintain high accuracy standards and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software: Experience with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace: A dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection is essential for this role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision: Self-motivated and disciplined individuals who can work independently with minimal supervision are preferred
  • Previous Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry is highly desirable, but not required
