Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data accurately into various software systems and databases, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy
  • Verifying and correcting data as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy
  • Processing forms, reports, and other documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Responding to internal queries regarding data entry and system operations
  • Assisting in managing databases and keeping records up to date
  • Performing routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Supporting other departments by providing data-related assistance
  • Ensuring all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet departmental goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Working Hours

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of remote work, and occasional overtime may be required depending on workload.
