Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity and consistency across departments. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing customer and flight-related data into our internal systems. Responsibilities

- Enter and update customer and flight information in blithequark's systems - Cross-check and verify data for accuracy and completeness - Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Meet daily or weekly productivity targets - Report inconsistencies or errors to the appropriate department - Participate in on-the-job training and support to ensure a smooth transition into the role - Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency - Comfortable working independently in a remote setting - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace - Previous data entry experience is helpful but not required
