Job Summary

As a Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through inbound client chat and email queries. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, build and develop our knowledge database repository, and contribute to our company's mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound client chat and email queries in a timely and pleasing manner using provided templates, scripts, and the knowledge database.

  • Provide answers to customer queries on setup and configuration, usage and maintenance, and general functional and/or technical questions.
  • Report to the Team Leader and help build and develop a knowledge database repository for newly encountered issues, concerns, comments, and/or suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate and informed support.

Requirements

* College graduate from any reputable school

  • Excellent English written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and productive
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of business process optimization and customer experience management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with a global team and managing multiple time zones
