In this Hybrid, Direct Hire, Vice President of People Operations position, you will lead the People function & team with strategic vision & hands-on approach while collaborating across the global business. Additionally, the Vice President of People Operations will foster an employee-centric culture, ensuring that talent, culture & compliance align with organizational goals.

- Location: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite 4 days – 1 day Remote | 8 AM – 5 PM
- Salary: $200K + 20% Bonus
Background Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree - Required
- HR Certification: SPHR or SHRM-SCP – Highly Preferred
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Leadership experience including building & leading high performing teams
- 5 or more years’ in a Senior Strategic Human Resources position including advising executives & board members on culture & people strategy
- 5+ years of Global experience
- 5+ years of experience within PE-Backed & High-Growth environments
- Your progressive HR career includes managing key focus areas including Strategic People Leadership, HR Risk Mitigation & Compliance, Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement
- Strong knowledge of HR Best Practices, U.S. Employment Law in Multiple States + Global HR Compliance in EMEA & EPAC regions
- You have built high-impact Learning & Development programs and cultivated mission-aligned culture
- You bring proven success leading “Change”, Scaling HR Systems & Policies within complex multi-state & multi-national global environments
- You describe yourself as an “Outgoing Communicator, People Leader & Negotiator” who has a passion to build “community” and develop strong team relationships
- You thrive in a Fast-Paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities simultaneously
