Logistics Customer Support
We are seeking remote Logistics Customer Support to join our team in Mexico, who will be responsible for ensuring the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer’s needs. Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Thursday – Sunday, 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Manages the customer board by:
- Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise. dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays.
- Emailing/calling clients when shipments are delivered.
- Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly.
- Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals.
- Providing PODs to billing.
- Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs.
- Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing.
- Provides daily reports to key clients.
- Informs dispatchers if appointments are required for delivery.
- Supports dispatchers with data entry when needed.
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory as our clients come from Mexico and the United States. Communications will be 60% in Spanish and 40% in English.
