The position requires the candidate to be based in Los Angeles. In this Role, you’ll get to:- Provide operational support to the Americas Market Management team to ensure smooth execution of daily business activities
- Assist in preparing reports and performance analyses to track operational efficiency and KPI achievement
- Identify process gaps and propose data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and workflow quality
- Support planning, coordination, and follow-up of regional business initiatives, campaigns, and cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Product, Market, Customer Service, etc.) to streamline partner and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and process standardization.
- Utilize internal systems and analytical tools to monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not required.
