As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the airline's land seller management and customer support strategies, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Job Summary

As an Experienced Product Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining blithequark's land seller management and customer support operations. This includes setting up and maintaining land seller profiles, managing pricing and selling rules, and ensuring accurate and timely product delivery to our customers. You will work closely with various teams, including Item Advancement and Customer Support, to ensure seamless execution of our land seller management and customer support strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Set up and maintain land seller profiles in the visit management framework, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain connections, and stock portions, where relevant.

  • Set up and maintain all pricing and selling rules for all direct land merchants.
  • Set up design and rules for all electronically associated sellers.
  • Manage land item work for new objections, including screening land items serious climate and suggesting and setting up edge methodologies where proper.
  • Participate in investigating visit management framework innovation issues, and external technology associations (e.g., IBS and HotelBeds); capability as a contact with external suppliers where suitable.
  • Provide pricing and objective data to marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Item Advancement group on individual seller issues requiring clarity and goal as well as help with inn oversell circumstances.
  • Assist other blithequark divisions with questions or issues connected with objections and land item contributions.
  • Furnish and assist blithequark offices with client goal for land items on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cooperate with Item Advancement to create and meet yearly open available to be purchased (OFS) schedule.
  • Assist Item Activities Facilitator with lodging stock administration, land detailing, and different tasks depending on the situation.
  • Assist with emergency management for catastrophic events and crisis circumstances.
  • Establish and encourage entrusting associations with partner at all levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Capabilities and Instruction Necessities

* Four-year certification; or comparable work experience; or identical mix of education and experience.

  • Basic manager and powerful issue solver with intelligent fixes.
  • Meticulous and highly coordinated.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to present to senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Viewpoint.
  • Familiarity with blithequark's projects, strategies, and systems.
  • Familiarity with blithequark's Reservation frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.

Favored Abilities

* At least 2 years of travel or hospitality experience.

Work Environment

This position works in a professional office environment. This job regularly utilizes standard office equipment like computers, phones, scanners, and file organizers.
