Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Scientist in the Customer Testing Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and executing large-scale customer-level trials and in-market tests to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including innovation, marketing, and external partners, to develop comprehensive learning plans that align with business objectives. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will enable you to drive business decisions and inform go/no-go choices.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and execute large-scale customer-level trials and in-market tests to inform business decisions

• Develop and implement statistical models to analyze customer behavior and preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive learning plans that align with business objectives
• Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
• Lead and mentor junior colleagues to develop their skills and expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as ggplot2, seaborn, or matplotlib
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques, including A/B testing and inferential statistics
• Experience with data management and extraction tools, such as SQL and data warehousing
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong understanding of industry-standard A/B testing tools and technologies, such as Google Optimize or Optimizely
