Job Summary

As a Virtual Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and web. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers to resolve billing and insurance questions, product inquiries, and other concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy will help you build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers and other consultants via phone, email, and web with billing/insurance questions, products, or services

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Identify and address customer concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues to pharmacists for medical advice when necessary
  • Provide technical support to customers while browsing pharmacy.blithequark.com
  • Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • More than 6 months of professional experience working with computers and web applications
  • Experience in multitasking and phone and computer skills
  • Wired broadband internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
  • Ability to work in a private, home environment free of distractions and fully concentrate on the client during business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience via phone or email

  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience working in customer service or call center
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment and meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
