Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties. You will be working with a variety of systems and software, including our claims management systems, to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary responsibility will be data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Previous experience in data entry or administrative support

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding
