The Role

As a Business Analysis Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of business analysts in the development and implementation of strategic financial plans and operations. You'll work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans and operations, aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive business growth
• Lead audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and operations

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement and change management
• 4+ years of experience in a material retail or technology industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning and operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Certification in business analysis, project management, or a related field
• Experience with cloud-based financial planning and analysis tools
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
