Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Processor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
  • Performing manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
  • Classifying documents based on client's requirements
  • Working on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Working/receiving a close degree of supervision
  • Ability to problem solve, self-guided
  • Complying with company policies and standards
  • Working Monday to Friday, but open for weekends per business needs

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years in a working environment
  • Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills
  • Computer Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Great Customer Service and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately
  • Must pass typing test with 40 wpm+
